Manager Chris is a decent guy as due to unforeseen circumstances I only needed the outdoor parking space for 1 month and the contract I signed stated minimum 3 months but this week he did a goodwill gesture and cancelled the final months payment which was very fair & decent of him. Future customers if you need an excellent safe storage space for any type of vehicle, Beaver dam should be top of the list. Highly recommended!

They routinely have people breaking into their lot. I’ve had possessions stolen three times in the last 10 month. My catalytic converter was cut out of my vehicle. Thieves definitely have their eyes set on this place. They need to do something about security if they want to keep any customers.
