Regardless of your fitness level, you will be challenged and humbled in a good way. The community will keep you coming back. Coaches are professional and extremely knowledgeable in all forms of lifting and can make proper modifications for those who need them.

Always love dropping in when I come to visit family out here. Just a heads up to future visitors: They have expanded & moved to a new location, but as of 9/17, Google is dumb & hasn’t updated. It shows the new address on Main Street in the search results, but when you tap on the map, it’ll take you to the old address on Albert Ave. See my screen recording. Type in the new address manually or confirm it’s actually taking you to Main Street. ♥️
