Check in made us feel like rock stars. Everything was clean and great amenities. Complimentary coffee and tea at the front desk in mornings was great for us coming from east coast before anything opens! Perfect location, rentals and ski valet on second floor with just a few yards to the slopes. Everyone is so friendly! Can’t wait to come back.
Don't buy a unit here! This place sucks for owners!
This place is of course in an amazing location, unfortunately we had a terrible experience. The didn’t have the right room ready, the internet did not work, the phones in the rooms didn’t work, The staff was rude and front desk was never able to find a solution for us. We stayed here 4 days and can’t say we would come back. I will say the housekeeping crew and valet were awesome.
Rude and questionable business practices. I booked a stay at Beaver Creek on 12/22, and promptly had a deposit collected from my credit card the next morning. During the evening of the 23rd I realized the timing of the trip wouldn’t work so I cancelled. By the 29th my refund still had not been processed so I called the property. I was informed that my refund *should* have already been processed and that a note would be added to my account to expedite processing in the next couple of business days.
