Owner is very unprofessional and doesn’t treat workers nicely. Constantly degrades workers and makes them feel inadequate. You can even get fired for not wearing the boots every single day that you were reimbursed for. At this job you have to walk on eggshells because the boss gets in hissy fits and bad moods and takes it out on his staff. Would not recommend employment or even supporting this business, because they can’t even support their own laborers.
