Two times in the last 6 months, I’ve had to go home without getting my dogs vaccinated. The first time in January, the vet never showed up. Today, I waited 45 minutes until finally leaving. I realize there was an emergency, but there were two vets there. No one came to explain until I asked. The tech who spoke to me showed absolutely no concern for my dog who is anxious at the vets, or how long I waited. She said it would be 10 more minutes, but still no vet came. Great vet, they do an amazing job really great with anything (my cat has had teeth removed and lump removals in the past with great results) been visiting for years with no issues!
