We came here for our dog to get surgery. We were quoted one price that was understandable, got the bloodwork done and went in the following week to get the surgery done and Dr. Bhatia quoted us twice as much while being rude to us about not doing the original price because the paperwork with the other vet was “lost”. Absolutely ridiculous and a total scam!
Trusted family member never complains about service in general at all. Nicest people. They were quoted at 2k for a surgery. On day of the surgery they requoted at >4k. Predatory business practice, would not trust this clinic.
This will be the only reason we come back to St Thomas. They took care of our Sammy golden retriever. Thank you guys.
We recently adopted Toby and this was our first visit to the clinic. Dr. Yelen was fantastic and is clearly a genuine cat lover. He was so gentle that Toby wasn't stressed at all during the appointment. The staff were friendly and polite, and Dr. Yelen even followed up by emailing over some really informative articles and recommendations. We feel confident Toby will receive good care here:)
