The receptionist "Cheri" or "Sherry" got stuck on triaging and assessing my needs and so when I asked her do they deal in civil litigation she said yes they do. She said they do deal with issues in small claims court. When I asked to speak to somebody to set up a free consultation which is what they advertise she asked me the nature of what I needed so that she can route me to the proper attorney.
