Hands down the worst law firm I have ever paid to take my money. Hired for custody. Didn’t even want full custody just to see my child every other weekend. After paying $8,500 and over a year later still haven’t seen my child and Ms. Lawrence asked for another $2,000, and we never even went to court. Paid for a consultation with Ms. Ellis. In between called many times trying to get ahold of someone in regards of a contract to hire her, and always got told I would get called back. Finally got sent the email of the contract and had a few couple of last questions to ask her paralegal before signing it and committing who was very rude and unprofessional and acting like I was a burden for having those questions and all of a sudden was told she’s too booked and not taking any new clients currently. These guys are THE BEST! Let’s just say I did a lot to make the case against me easy for the prosecution. My lawyer’s name is Taylor McCallman. He’s a master of his craft. Their staff is fantastic as well. Thank You Mr. McCallman for making my terrible situation into one of the biggest reliefs of my life. Awesome Law Firm. Best in Fayetteville by far. Unfortunately I have past experience with lawyers in Fayetteville and had never hired David Courie before. Obviously, I should have. My case had gone to federal court after I left the army and moved across country. Not only did Mr Courie make sure I did not have to appear in court but he also took the time to personally get to know me and really gave it to me straight forward and honestly. Taylor McCallman and Mrs. Perry were phoeniminal I handling my case. They took the time to review all the evidence explain the courses if actions and potential outcomes. We were well prepared heading into court and Mr. McCallman secured a not guilty verdict on my behalf.
