Excellent service and a very friendly atmosphere. Monica and the staff in the service department take great care of me and my vehicle. They are always helpful with my maintenance questions and guidance. I have great confidence in the safety and performance of my car due to their knowledge and experience. They are very reliable and I am very thankful that I can count on them.
I bought my car new almost 4 years ago now and I still see the same familiar faces every time I come in to get it serviced. I love that I can take my car to the original dealership and still get a small town feel because I get to see all of the SAME employees who make sure my cars always taken care of. Familiarity is an experience in itself and consistency is hard to find.
Overall amazing performance and customer service! They beat every competitor and many should adapt to their process.
I will be bringing my car to this location from here on out! They took the extra effort to help me solve my garage door opener issue that I've had since I bought my Kicks last November, unlike the other Nissan dealership that just gave me a printout with a phone number to call. Like at least look at the thing and realize it's not a home link! Thank you Beaver County for going above and beyound!
