I took my Jeep in for 2 recalls, oil change, tire rotation and a heat issue. All they told me was that they can not find the heat issue and repeatedly ask if the service guy can drive my jeep home. I repeatedly told them no, forget about the heat issue. After 5 days at the shop they said it's ready for pick up. From what I can tell they did 1 recall and nothing else. This place can't stay in my good graces for very long. Unbelievable lack of customer service from the service department. Time to find a new Jeep dealer.
Came in for scheduled recall service. Was told would take between 4 hours and 4 weeks and that they had no loaner vehicle for me.

I've bought several cars from this dealership. Up until this point all my experiences have been positive. However during my most recent interactions I encountered resistance.
