Had to get some body work done through insurance. Everything went super smooth. They kept me updated always. Anytime I called I was able to speak to someone quickly. Work was done very well. Highly recommended.

Had a a scratched up bumper within the last year and took it in to get repairs done. I had no issues and the communication was great. The repairs made were done well and everyone I encountered during this process was kind and they all had excellent client service skills. Fast forward to today and I noticed paint chipped off the bumper and either someone hit me in a parking lot or it was done when pulling something out of the trunk. Terrible
terrible customer service. poor management. I was left on the lot during business hours when I picked up my car, they locked their doors and shut their phones off. No one was there to answer my questions as to why my car was returned to me with interior water damage. The vehicle was to be serviced for hail /storm damage, (external paint/dent repairs) only to get my car back in a worse condition.
