CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS We paid extra for a certified vehicle in case something went wrong we could bring it back and have it fixed without any headaches. We were assured we were making a good decision buying a certified vehicle. Shortly after taking delivery, the vehicle would intermittently not start. Beaver said we would have to leave the vehicle for "5 to 7 days to diagnose". 5 to 7 days, for ALL diagnosis. No loaner vehicle. No rental car. No nothing. Not even an apology.
