CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS We paid extra for a certified vehicle in case something went wrong we could bring it back and have it fixed without any headaches. We were assured we were making a good decision buying a certified vehicle. Shortly after taking delivery, the vehicle would intermittently not start. Beaver said we would have to leave the vehicle for "5 to 7 days to diagnose". 5 to 7 days, for ALL diagnosis. No loaner vehicle. No rental car. No nothing. Not even an apology. Mr. Shade and the folks at the Beaver Service department did a spectacular job. Big thanks to the mechanics. The truck broke down, going down the highway. Wrecker driver said, "Take it to Beaver." I have to admit that when we got there, I was overwhelmed by all the trucks in the back that appeared to be waiting for service. I thought wow being that i live out of town, I better just relocate to Jacksonville and wait for the truck to be repaired. The truck was towed in and repaired in a couple of days.
Beaver Chevys customer service is better than anywhere else I ever experienced. They don’t just sell you a car or truck. They take care of you as long as you own the car or truck. They go out of their way to insure you are part of the family with follow up and great service. I will stick with Beaver forever as no one is better than taking care of thier customers.
This is the best Chevrolet dealership and dealership I ever had to deal with for service for my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, Corey was much more knowledgeable and helpful than any of the Chevrolet dealerships I called in Jax. I will continue to do business with only beaver Chevrolet now on. 5/5
I can't say more about how AWESOME my experience was. Associate Brian Rowe is highly recommended and very customer service oriented. He was not pushy he asked what I wanted what I didn't want and he went with it and his attention to detail was astounding. I recommend not only the dealership but Brian as well for anybody in the market for a vehicle.
