Rick Beaver, owner of Beaver Builder's has completed several commercial remodeling projects for us. The projects have been on budget and first quality in every way.
As an electrical contractor that has worked in the industry for 13 years I have never worked with a GC that takes as much pride in his work as Rick and his team. I have also never worked with a group of people that loves their job as much as his guys love theirs, I have never heard his guys say one bad thing about him which shows in the work they do for him. Rick and Jon remodeled our bathroom. Every vendor, project manager and tradesman were professional. The outcome is perfect. I would highly recommend them.
We had a fire in the attic of our three story apartment house. The fire was contained to the top unit but the extensive water damage went all the way to the basement. This was my first time using Beaver Builders who came highly recommended. Rick and his subcontractors did a great job of basically rebuilding and repairing the entire house.
