A well maintained apartment complex. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. It is quite inside your unit as voices don't travel through the walls. Every unit has full laundry and dishwasher. No common area inside, outside has a dog park and a playground. A dirt trail circles the property. Close to the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. Convenient location. Responsive staff.
Fantastic apartment community! The layout is beautiful, and everything feels polished. Prime location—just 1.5 miles from Chelmsford Center’s dining and shops, 1/4 mile from the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, and 3 miles from Westford Center with easy access to Rte. 495. The building manager is highly responsive, and maintenance is quick and efficient. Plus, there's a great sense of community, complete with a dog park and a playground for both kids and furry friends!

The office and maintenance staff (shout out Shauna and Larry) make the place worth living at! Besides the energy efficient apartments which are beautiful and up to date with beautiful finishes, Shauna and Larry make it feel like a home not just an apartment complex. They truly make it feel safe and they’re extremely reliable. The only reason I left is because of my new job location, I would’ve stayed there for a long long time if it wasn’t for that! 10/10 recommend. They’re worth it!
