I’ve always gone to a sugarist for hair removal but obviously couldn’t go during the pandemic so I bought some wax since I couldn’t find sugar hair removal anywhere. I heard about this product from my lash lady so I had to go see what it was about. I have never “waxed” my armpits ever before so I had no idea what I was getting into. We heated the sugar up for 15 seconds as 10 didn’t make it gooey enough in my microwave. It went on easy ( smelled like breakfast ) and ripped off just as easy! It wasn’t even that bad pain wise ! I would for sure use it again. It was super neat/gross seeing all of the hairs stuck to the strips after . Now we get to see how long it lasts !
As someone that has only ever shaved - I was genuinely surprised this didn't hurt! I definitely expected it to. And when I tell you my legs have never been that smooth - I'm not kidding. I can't believe I've been shaving all this time... the sugar lasts so much longer and was a lot easier than I anticipated. The strips made it easy use for a first-timer like me, and I love love love how easy the sugar cleans up with warm water. I highly recommend trying it out!
