Staff is very friendly. The service is prompt and extremely professional. Everything is extremely Clean and brand new. Very well maintained facility. I highly recommend the “milk and honey” pedicure! Amazing!!! Highly recommend!
Vickie is THE BEST! She does amazing designs on my acrylics! The pedicures are so relaxing! She is always so sweet and professional. I’ve gone to her for years! The salon is has a really relaxing atmosphere & spa-like feel.
2 stars because my bad experience was with one specific nail tech (Vicky?) and I haven't worked with any of the others. This was my first time getting a manicure, so part of my poor experience was probably because I didnt know what to expect or when to speak up. TLDR: Got gel x extensions. Experienced heat spikes and had cuticles on 2 fingers cut and bleed. Witnessed questionable hygiene practices. I asked for short gel x extensions. I had an appointment, waited an hour for my nail tech, they did not to show up. Left disappointed.
Ken is fantastic!!! He is kind , and professional. Ken treats every client with respect. As a black woman this really goes a long way . I never feel as if he’s just tolerating me for money . Typically, workers in nail salons are rude and upset that you’re there when you’re black . As long as I’m in Denver , I will only go to Ken , for my nails .
