This is a magical spot in BR, you should definitely try to attend any events they do out there.
I went to see the Unselfish Lovers of Blues. They were awesome.
Cozy little community space with a stage. Must bring your own seating or you'll be standing for the entire event. Some concerts can get crowded and lines for drinks, food, and bathroom can be long.
