Nice neighbourhood; esthetically. I rented a basement suite @ 3704 44 Ave for some time. My cousiin, currently living on Beau Vista itself, allowed the surrounding neighbours to erect a 10ft fence emclosing their property insinuating the "danger"in which I carried with myself as I made my way through the neighbourhood. Mr Kruise said himself let there be rain. God bless
