This is my second time coming at this salon for medium braids. The experience was great, the stylist was done in 4 hours. They offered me tea and snacks, best customer service I had in a long time, you’ll definitely see me again. Thank you
Hi, I wanted to share my visit today because I left feeling really uncomfortable. The heater wasn’t working and everyone was freezing, and I ended up feeling really sick afterward. The same music was also being played repeatedly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, my hair was cut straight even though I didn’t ask for that, and it wasn’t what I wanted. No need to look further, Beautyy By H is by far the best hair salon in Ottawa. The service is incredible and they never disappoint. H’s team is extremely accommodating and welcoming, you will literally feel at home there ! From braids, wigs install to sew ins or ponytail, I am always satisfied when I leave the salon. They also provide hair care treatments, all you need to do is show up. I have heard about their services a year or two ago and I literally never looked back. I 100% recommend their services.
* UPDATE: NEVER GOT A REFUND!! I uploaded pictures of the coloring "service" she claimed she could do on my expensive raw indian extensions... Be prepare to lose your money if you ask for something they claim they can do but really can't!! I was well welcomed but I honestly don't feel like what I paid for (170$ for sew in leave out + 105 for color extensions) was worth it. I loved my hair, the service was affordable, fast and friendly. I appreciated that they accommodated my special request for my wedding day. Shout out to Awa, she is great!
