I recently visited this salon for a wash with a moisture and scalp treatment, which cost $110. The wash itself was good, and I was satisfied with that part of the service. However, my experience went downhill after that. The stylist suggested trimming my hair due to split ends, and I agreed, assuming it was a minor add-on. At no point was I informed that this would be an additional $30 charge. I only found out after the service was completed, which was already disappointing. I appreciate BBH Beauty Salon so much! I needed a last minute appointment, and they were able to fit me in so graciously. Everyone was polite, communication was excellent, and the salon was super clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my hair turned out amazing. I’m so grateful for their kindness and great service, highly recommend!
I had an amazing head spa experience here! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated how intentional and attentive the staff were throughout the entire process. It felt relaxing, professional, and thoughtful. Hairstylists are very talented and professional. They do not pressure you to come with your hair prepared in any way, they accommodate and use great tools and techniques for my sew in with natural hair leave out. Also their bundles are great price and very soft, highly recommend!!!
No need to look further, Beautyy By H is by far the best hair salon in Ottawa. The service is incredible and they never disappoint. H’s team is extremely accommodating and welcoming, you will literally feel at home there ! From braids, wigs install to sew ins or ponytail, I am always satisfied when I leave the salon. They also provide hair care treatments, all you need to do is show up. I have heard about their services a year or two ago and I literally never looked back. I 100% recommend their services.
