"I cannot recommend this place, specifically [Tricia ]. I originally came in for a simple root touch-up. Instead, the stylist did highlights, turned my hair red, and rushed me out because of a personal issue at home. Out of kindness, I left with wet hair so she could go. When I called the owner to complain about the bad results, she set up a fix-it appointment. The second appointment today was awful. The stylist gave off terrible vibes because I complained.
