very expensive, bad customer service; the owner has a bad attitude and doesn't offer to help. when we are looking for items she comes close and glares at us. She also talked behind our back saying "why are they touching it if they aren't going to buy it". Never going again.
My best friend and I were accused of stealing by the workers there today… we were not stealing a thing in fact we were excited to spend money there. The workers behaviour was awful. And yes, I am of dark complexion, I’m sure you all reading can put the puzzle pieces together.
Don't go here! Or do, if you like. Just be aware that their Korean skincare products aren't authentic! I was sceptical after seeing the Axis-Y Barrier Ampoule being sold for $15 (about $20 cheaper from other stores like WCosmetics) but bought it anyway.
