I’ve been here 8 times and have had great, amazing experiences most times except for this last visit. I got a pedicure on Wednesday, March 4th and, less than a week later, a layer of polish on my big toe had peeled off (pic attached). Underneath, it felt wet and sticky, which makes me think the gel wasn’t fully cured - hence why the polish peeled off instead of flaked off. I took a video too but I can’t post it. This was the best Russian manicure I’ve ever had! From start to finish, Nargiza was so thorough and everything was perfect. She was also so friendly and made the entire experience lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go back!

I tried a Russian pedicure because I heard it was great for your feet and cuticles. Vasylyna did my nails, but the experience was disappointing, especially for $136. The appointment felt rushed at only 45 minutes. I was nicked twice on my cuticles, which caused bleeding and now scabbing. She applied something to stop the bleeding but never acknowledged or apologized for cutting me. For that price, I expected much more care and professionalism. I won’t be returning.
