My daughter's and I visited this store today arriving before closing time. I would have appreciated if the clerk had given us a heads up that they were approaching closing time when we walked in. Instead she waited until we were already browsing to ask if we needed help because they were closing, despite the fact that we were already inside while they were still open. This store was one of the first and only hair stores stores in the area that I would always shop with for all my hair care needs, but after my last visit I will never shop and spend my money with them again. I’ve only really encountered the man that works there, and he was always very kind and helpful, but today the woman is very rude and unkind, and she really hurt my feelings for no reason and I will no longer be shopping there.
