This place needs a refresher on professionalism. when i got there they made it very clear they didn’t want to service me because i had a coupon. The workers told me they wouldn’t make enough money if i used my coupon which is weird because they said they needed to promote the coupons or they won’t get any business. I came to the island from Texas to visit family. I was in need of a good massage because the plane ride was brutal and I noticed the Groupon. However, I decided to CALL FIRST to make sure they had availability before I purchased. I'm so glad I did. Despite the previous reviews I had read, Ju or Joo was honestly the best. Turned away for a massage because we had a groupon. Do not buy their groupons, just read through other reviews on here and yelp.
My head down on the massage bed and eyes closed, the room is eerily quiet. The relaxing music tries to tame my tense body, yet my mind is too busy analyzing BeautyMed Therapy as a case study of how NOT to run a business.
