I had my eyebrows “microbladed” by Helena and they’re a complete disaster. They’re too high, my eyebrows have grown back completely underneath. They’re different heights, shapes and not the colour I asked for. Helena took no accountability for it and tried to gaslight me into believing I approved the height. As they were so swollen I thought the height of them would go down and I also didn’t notice they were different shapes. Helena is a wonderful person, she is very good at her job. Listens well and her treatments are very relaxing. I have beening visiting her saloon for many years.
