I had a fantastic experience with Basia! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They were incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain each step of the process. My skin has never looked or felt better glowing, refreshed, and smooth. The space was clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. I also appreciated how they customized the treatment to my specific skin needs. I can’t recommend Basia enough I’ll definitely be coming back!
From start to finish, it was a great experience! We were able to choose our date, time and service easily. We were provided colour choices ahead of time, with more options for day of. She arrived on time and prepared with everything she needed. During the pedicures we had great conversations, and we appreciated the level of professionalism. 10/10 recommend for mobile services in Muskoka!
Basia was able to get us scheduled last minute and she was very accommodating. We had 3 massage services and she came to our place with full clean equipment and on time. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend. We will be regulars !
