I have never visited this location and they not have the products I need. They one of few locations that always has my Salt and Pepper braiding hair and all the design essentials and mizani lines. The young black lady that works the front is always friendly and eager to help without being overbearing (we all know that some stores follow you around like a known criminal).
Loyal Customer Treated Like a Stranger Over $4.99 I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this beauty supply over the years, supporting their business regularly. But when I tried to return a $4.99 pack of press-on nails that I had opened, I was refused a refund or even store credit. Here’s the kicker: the return policy on the receipt (photo attached) says nothing about opened items being non-returnable. It clearly states: 👉 “Other store items can be exchanged within 7 days with proof receipt.” No fine print. No exclusions listed.... read more
