Trash, they say 20 percent off and nothing is 20 percent off and the employees can’t find management to assist. Go to the beauty empire off 45 and 1960 it’s way better. Management train your staff they don’t help and say no y’all don’t have it to everything you ask for !
They always hang up in your face... Rude. Called back 3 times. Also they lied about not having what I needed. Won't come here again. Horrible Customer service.
No assistance and played disgusting, offensive music over the loud speaker. When I mentioned it to the cashier she just brushed it off. This place is unprofessional with poor customer service. Won't be back
Beautiful store but they watch you and follow you even if you have nth on you. They also stand by you and don't over any assistance only watching you struggle to carry multiple items. They do not want people of color in there. Safe yourself the embarrassment and shop where your dollar matters
