Online shopping experience was extraordinary, and I just realized these bad reviews came from either in store or owner's attitude. Putting these bad reviews away, BC does carry quite a few of the items that you cannot find them elsewhere, not even in the J/K stores. Pricing is reasonable across all these items. Their website was helpful to locate items, and their customer service over WeChat was also helpful. Free shipping to lower 48 states when you spend over $50 is a great deal. 我不知道会有多少人看到这个review，但真心希望看到的人千万别去这家店。因为我住得比较近，所以平时也经常去 St. Gabriel 这家店买些零食、日用品之类的。老实说，那些店员的态度都挺好的，总体来说算是OK的。我自己也是老客人了，在里面花了不少钱。 但是今天遇到一个自称是“老板娘”的人，个子很瘦小的一个女生，她的态度简直让我大开眼界。结账的时候，她问我是付现金还是刷卡，我说现金。以前他们都会主动给现金5%的折扣，这很正常。我自己也是做生意的，我知道一般情况下刷卡不可能再给折扣，但如果客人付现金，商家给点优惠是很常见的事情，这跟加不加微信没有半点关系。 结果今天这个所谓的老板娘，居然要求我出示加过他们微信的证明才肯给折扣。我就觉得这是在故意刁难我。可能她今天心情不好吧，每个人都有心情差的一天，我也理解，但她今天的表现实在是太夸张了。 我问她为什么要看证明，她态度立刻变得很差。我只是随口说了一句“收现金对你们有好处”，她就开始大呼小叫，说我是在指责他们偷税漏税，这完全是她自己不打自招。我后来问她是不是赚太多钱了，才敢这样对待客人，她居然回答“对，我钱赚够了。”然后就直接把我赶出去。 我说那起码把钱退给我吧，她继续大呼小叫，还当着其他客人的面说... read more

I’m not sure how many people will see this review, but I sincerely hope that if you do, please don’t go to this store. I live nearby, so I’ve often gone to the St. Gabriel location to pick up snacks or daily necessities. To be fair, most of the staff there have pretty good attitudes, and overall the service has been OK. I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent quite a bit of money there.
