I booked a Brazilian wax through ClassPass and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Two days before my appointment, I had a scheduling conflict. Since ClassPass does not allow rescheduling, I called the salon directly to ask if it would be possible to move my appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone told me it would be fine and confirmed that I could come at a later time.
