They completely messed up my girlfriend's hair. She asked for an ashy grey style and gave them multiple reference pictures of exactly what she wanted, they CONFIRMED they could do it. Not only did they tell her they couldn't do the style she requested beforehand when they were already MIDWAY through the process, they COMPLETELY messed up. For $500+ they didn't get the color right whatsoever and damaged her hair. The color came out barely grey and was almost all a blue/green hue.
