I thought I purchased a human hair wig. The salesperson put a cheap synthetic wig in the box, in a net, so I wasted $140.00. This is after I called to make sure they sold human hair wigs. This was after I explained to the sales person that I wanted to buy a human hair wig. I had to throw away this horribly smelly, chemically treated, plastic fiber (synthetic) wig. It was not correct color, it had a tint of red, which I didn’t want. Do not waste your time and money on this dishonest business. No refunds, wonder why?

This was after I explained to the sales person that I wanted to buy a human hair wig. Now I own an itchy plastic fiber (synthetic) wig, that is cheap, and not even the correct color. Do not waste your time and money on this dishonest business. No refunds, wonder why?

Do not waste your money! I purchased hair extensions from this business, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The hair is shedding excessively, and the ends are very thin — definitely not what I expected for the price. I returned to see if I could at least exchange them, but the staff refused and showed no willingness to help or make it right in any way. Poor customer service and poor product quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I spent my hard-earned money on hair extensions from this place, and they were a complete letdown. The hair started falling out almost immediately, and the ends were thin and lifeless. I went back hoping to at least exchange them — I wasn’t even asking for a refund — but the woman I spoke to shut me down completely. No compassion, no effort to make it right.
