Been going for years, but the last lady I had gave me pencil eyebrows without evening asking if that’s how I wanted them! Hoping my brows grow back enough to recover, but she ruined them. I can’t trust them to go back anymore.

They do a good job with eyebrows, but DO NOT GET LASHES. I told her I didn’t want lashes because I don’t like the lashes they offer, I don’t like how it feels (feels like plastic) and they pull my real lashes. I like natural MINK lashes in. She still insisted on putting them on me and I was like okay. I tried to be very nice, but I absolutely didn’t like them and she could tell I wasn’t happy even when I said it’s alright. Went in with thick brows, came out with a thin line and too much taken from the middle also. They won’t listen to you and don’t care about their customer service as others have mentioned.

This place has no knowledge or experience, I asked her not to make them thin just a clean up, I walked out of there with practically no eyebrows
