Girl with red hair had a bad funky attitude, not welcoming not polite. Really disappointing, I come to this location because I believed they had great customer service, however this experience showed otherwise.

Errbody in that store is dumb I’m sorry they never know what’s policy with or without the receipt then the girl say we never Take chemicals back (unopened bleach bought literally 4 days ago) then the manager with no edges to manage gone say after 24 hours so in same instance 2 employees said 2 different policies so what’s correct if I’m the customer telling you one of your own said in a week with receipt so I’m confused how you can’t honor it with receipt yall never have it together for the people to trust yall yall turnover... read more
I love the ladies over there at 2113 West Hefner Rd. they are always so vibrant in eager to help and very friendly. They have very good customer service skills.
