Im just trying to see if having a return is a crime, when I bought the hair in the Same Day I didnt need that hair period. I come thru the door a worker says its a return like really I DIDNT NEED EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING, WOW Smh. I had more than one item on my receipt, i said i want the original receipt she said no because it shows we returned the item ugh what she could of done was make a line thru it and say returned what the heck, some bs. They have a worker up there who is so nasty and disgusting human being her name is Angelica I think! Im calling corporate first thing Monday morning I’m so disappointed in this hair store they need to do better & yall will hear from me !
I hadn't visit this store in years b/c of the terrible customer service. I visited in October and then again in November. Ms. Char is absolutely the one... She's kind, knowledgeable and don't mind assisting the customers. She works that floor like you wouldn't believe.
