I was RACIALLY PROFILED. The whole organization is very unprofessional and rude. I walked in observing trying to see what I needed for my hair and i was looking at wigs not knowing that I couldn’t pick them up, which i take accountability for. This store rip us off of $100.00 by selling us some broken clippers then said we did something to it and wouldn’t exchange them or refund us. Please put these people out business!!
This place is completely unprofessional. He tells people that we aren’t welcome there and is rude. The people in this review are the only people giving you money or you all would be kicked out. We will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and will file complaints to get them shut down.
Please DO NOT shop at this store! Worst store ever! Reporting to BBB immediately!
Very unwelcoming customer service is nonexistent.
