I’ve been going here for about 4 years , it was sad because usually i would have money to pay for my hair but this time it wasn’t hair it was lip gloss and it was 1.99 and all I had was 1.50 the guy acted like he could not take the 1.50 for lip gloss and i come back. Very rude and inconsiderate.
Everything uou need from hair polish jewelry etc.
So unprofessional! I went to see prices on hair extensions and because I said I wanted to check out prices they denied my service and told me to come back when I have money so I went to the other hair store across the street and happily paid for product I was happy with !
They do not offer refunds here! Even with a receipt! I had receipt and made an exchange, lady @ the counter was unhappy because i had the receipt and exchanged an unopened full item so she couldn't turn me away! Products are pretty good! Only downsides are some items are not marked and customer service is not too good!
