Absolutely horrible! The girl at the register has absolutely horrible customer service. Like she just rolled out the bed and got the job. I wanted to exchange an item last minute (kindly asking) and she rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like it ruined her day smh I will never come back. The employee LR was extremely rude to my mom when she was in the store today. It's unprofessional to have an employee such as that speaking to customers anyway they feel. Customer service is in the name and it means serving customers. If that's not what you felt like doing today, then it shouldn't been the day you went to work! We all have bad days but it's not acceptable to take it out on the customers. Have RESPECT for others, your customers and for yourself. It makes the world a better place. Please hire professional and competent people in your establishment who do not take their anger or frustration out on others. Even if you are having a bad day, do not allow your emotions or what's going on in your personal life to control your outcome. There is never an excuse to lash out, be heartless, rude, and inconsiderate towards any customer.
