I love this store because it has everything I need as a stylist. Have been coming since they’ve opened. I have always been able to return or exchange extra hair if it was a color I rarely used, exchanged with no problem!! January 2025 he told me that they were no longer allowing that until an employee told me that he picks and chose who he stick to the policy with. Today is January 27th 2025. I just left the store. I spent a considerable amount of time browsing in the store, as most natural hair care connoisseurs who are ingredient conscious do, and I was approached by one of the store owners (Asian male) and asked if I needed help. I kindly told him no and explained that I was taking so long because I being thorough with my product selection.
