Horrible experience. Shipped me semaglutide via ground shipping twice without an ice pack. I offered to pay for fed ex. Both times it took weeks to arrive and they wouldn't replace it. This medication is not supposed to go unrefrigerated for more than a couple of days according to their own doctor. Then they wouldn't replace it because they wanted me to send it back to them, even though they didn't tell me this. They wouldn't refund it. I am going to the better business bureau.
