I really like everyone at Beauty with Bubbly! I went to check out their new location (near Egg Harbor, across from the Glenview north metra station) during the grand opening, and was so impressed! The med spa is bright and spacious and the staff I met were kind, friendly people. Angela, the owner is great. I talked to her about some concerns I had about wrinkles near the sides of my eyebrows. Unfortunately, after giving this med spa multiple chances, I’ve decided that I can no longer recommend it. My concerns have consistently been around pricing, promotions, and the overall customer experience. With Angela I’ve experienced pricing changes that were not communicated until after an appointment, and I’ve also been disappointed by promotions that did not appear to be consistently communicated or offered to all clients.
