Had an appointment at noon. I arrived in the spa at the receptionist desk at 12:09. She advised me that they had a 10 minute late cancellation policy. I showed her my phone number - it was 12:09. She looked at it and said my appointment was cancelled. I asked why. She called the spa manager to the front - she advised me that there was a 10 minute late cancellation policy and that they had called me and I didn't answer. Rude. Bad customer service.
Poor customer service. Does not follow any of the Texas Medical Board or HHS regulations for HIPAA. Staff gossips about patients. Laser techs fail to keep their licenses up to date.
