I had an amazing experience getting my lashes done today. Brandi was so sweet and very knowledgeable. Her suite smells amazing and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve gotten my lashes done before by different girls but this was hands-down, the best experience! I will absolutely be back and I can’t wait for my fill!!!

I went 2 times only for eyelash extension, first time I had an appointment with a professional that is not there anymore, I was so happy, second time I was not satisfied with the service , it was like I don't have extension, horrible, I talked with the owner she tried to fix, but she didn't has time to finish with the extension because she had other customer ( I had an appointment) when I made an appointment next time she wait until I was there to tell me that I cannot receive the service because I complained last time . DO NOT WORK HERE! This place is a revolving door. Brandi is very rude & will talk to you like you are beneath her. She will cheat you out of your money, & then when you ask about it she will fire you. She cannot take being wrong or she cannot take you not agreeing with her. Working here you have signed up to be a yes girl & a slave. She does not show any appreciation.
