I had Lucy. The experience was amazing. I received a complimentary colour consultation and then booked in for a haircut and colour, which turned out absolutely beautiful. The customer service was exceptional, and the attention to small details like the gown, pillow rest, and ear covers was wonderful. Their extra understanding of Asian hair and styling was the cherry on top. They took their time with the haircut, made sure everything was perfect, and truly listened to what I wanted.
