Walking into Beauty Town in Pensacola, Florida, the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. Everyone there is extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable every time I come in. Whenever I’m in Pensacola, I always make sure to stop by this hair store. It has definitely become my forever hair place. Good job to everyone there you are truly appreciated, especially by me!
We had a great time trying on wigs. Our helper, I think Lamisha(?), was of great help and honest telling us the wig was a good fit or not. My friend bought 2 wigs.
