Everyone working here is incredibly kind, they do a lovely job. Great care and attention to detail. Trin is an artist!
I went for a basic manicure. Filing of all nails took 1 minute he pointed to water for me to put my hands in. The manicurist would not speak to me. Entire experience was 20 minutes. Painted nails and put a drop of oil on back of hand and rubbed just that area. When I paid $25 bill I but 20 and 10 up and was asked if the rest was a tip. I was speechless.
Place looks elegant. Staff friendly. But if I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. The tech Oanh that did my nails did a crappy job at painting basic white and clear top coat. She was rushing to finish my nails as if it were busy but wasn’t. The nail polish apply was all clumpy. Pictures can’t even show the cheap work. I could’ve done a better job myself. Eine absolute Frechheit! Ich war zweimal in diesem Salon und jedes Mal war es eine Katastrophe. Beim ersten Mal ist mir ein Nagel nach kurzer Zeit einfach abgefallen, beim zweiten Mal wieder das gleiche! Als ich mir die Nägel dann entfernen ließ, sollte das Ganze 25 Dollar kosten – was ich schon übertrieben fand – aber der absolute Gipfel: Sie haben mir den Betrag doppelt abgebucht!
