I came in for a simple eyebrow threading and left with uneven, poorly shaped brows. The technician rushed through the appointment, threading way too fast with no attention to detail and ended up removing a chunk from the front of one of my brows, completely throwing off the shape. Now my eyebrows are noticeably uneven. Very disappointed I spent weeks growing them out just to give her plenty hair to work with. If you value your eyebrows, avoid this place.

I came in today and it was my first time ever getting threading done. The woman who did mine was super sweet and patient as I had no idea what I was supposed to do! They turned out so good. There was also no wait and it was the most painless eyebrow hair shaping I’d ever have!

Visiting from out of town and went here to get my brows done and face waxed - If I could give them 0 stars I would. I told the eyebrow lady about what parts of my skin were sensitive and to thread them instead of waxing. She listened and just threaded it but then proceeded to wax on top of the already threaded area and waxed off my skin. Employees are not properly trained. I explained my skin sensitivity to them before getting my face threaded and waxed and explained what areas can not be waxed. She didn’t listen and applied... read more
