Should get 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. Owner is highly unprofessional. I made an appointment one week in advance and the owner/stylist attempted to change my appointment 30 minutes prior to. Unfortunately, I was already on my way. I arrived there and the owner walked in a few mins later and asked my name. I told her my name and that I’m here for my appointment. I never make posts like this, but I feel like I have no choice after what I just went through with Xpeditiously Hair at Beauty Theory Hawaii. I paid over $400 and sat in a salon chair for more than 7 hours, all because I trusted a stylist who assured me she could deliver the natural brown color I asked for after I explained my full hair history.
