I never make posts like this, but I feel like I have no choice after what I just went through with Xpeditiously Hair at Beauty Theory Hawaii. I paid over $400 and sat in a salon chair for more than 7 hours, all because I trusted a stylist who assured me she could deliver the natural brown color I asked for after I explained my full hair history. I just had a wonderful experience at this salon! The atmosphere was calming and the salon was clean and well maintained. I had an appointment and was seen on time by Lesa for a relaxer touch up. She was skilled and thorough, gladly answering my questions regarding the health of my hair and what it would take to properly maintain it. I was relaxed in more ways than one! Proud to say I’ll be a regular!
