Breana put a chemical straightener in my hair after I told her repeatedly I didn't want it. After she agreed to not doing it, I found out she put it in my hair anyways because it burned. She later admitted to putting this chemical in my hair as well.
Should get 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. Owner is highly unprofessional. I made an appointment one week in advance and the owner/stylist attempted to change my appointment 30 minutes prior to. Unfortunately, I was already on my way. I arrived there and the owner walked in a few mins later and asked my name. I told her my name and that I’m here for my appointment.
