My sister booked with her and paid the $200 deposit, thinking she was professional but she wasn’t. She changed the location several times then said she was too sick. Poor communication and inconsistent. Save your money, read reviews and find someone that’s dependable!!! I would have give zero stars if I could.
Save your time and money! After she receives your deposit its no contact you’ll hear from her “assistant” the location changed from the minute I sent deposit. She even mentioned doing my hair at a hotel after receiving deposit and in return I offered to pay her to come to my home. She replied her assistant was working on securing a spot! Then it went to she can do it at the address she had previously sent then it went to she was sick she needs to reschedule. Long story short! Don’t book read the reviews and believe them
Buyer beware She starts off stating she can do the service. Once she takes your initial monies, her customer service drops to zero. Previously stated if you have a concern she will not speak to you directly. She will have moderator/counsel speak to you. The location installation extension she performed by another loc specialist work could have been done much better. Kalyx did a great job on my interblends (microloc extensions)! She is communicative, accommodating, and will do everything she can to make sure your hair comes out the way you want it. Definitely book with her!!
BOOK HER!!! This was the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had with a hair stylist. From when I booked my appointment I received amazing customer service. She had sincerely answered all the questions I had (admittedly due to my lack of research), and she was able to accommodate my schedule and book me for when I needed.
