I’ve been coming to this beauty supply store for years, but this was honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had there. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being watched and followed throughout the store. There were three employees present—two men and one woman—and no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance until it was time to check out. I love all three stores I use one mostly to get my hair for braids and I go get my hair done every month. Then I go to supply shop to get my hair shower caps and gel and whatever type of supplies I need, I don’t wear wigs so I never use that store. . Never no issues or complaints. I come and go a happy customer every time.
Bad customer service
I appreciate this business because I needed wigs for my moms chemotherapy. One neg review was from someone who was mad because their children couldnt spray out some of the product in a bottle that others will end up buying (less of). When I was a teen, I would get upset about that but I am an adult and I wouldnt want to buy a bottle that has less because some kids sprayed it out. Another thing, the location is bad, and its next to an abandoned building so they will always suffer bad ratings from that, I dont like the locatio... read more
