Beware don’t waste your time, hours of operation are not what is advertised. You might go to a closed store even it is says open online on multiple outlets. They advertise open until 7pm, sign on door says 6:45pm and apparently they actually close at 6:40pm. Had teen standing at door nodding head and starring rudely like you are disturbing her, she won’t even face you to speak. Do not go to the store they don't honor their own policies that are written on their own receipts. I spent $47.50 there and none of their products worked do not buy fake eyelashes and glue from here the glue remover did not work either. Worst customer experience I have ever had and the man and woman were so disrespectful. Then they go curse at me in their own language. Do not go here and waste your money. Because I wasted my hard-earned money here and I got screwed
Kids in the corner just take up space. It’s not rocket science to understand customer service. They certainly don’t have the knowledge for anything beauty related so the employment definitely isn’t as laborious as they make it seem toward customers who interrupt. Find help who actually reflect the demographic of your sales.
