What a refreshing experience. I seem to have really bad luck with blow dryers - burning out the motor in rapid time. In the past, I’ve bought blow dryers from other beauty supply stores - with extended warranty and still had to jump through hoops for replacement. I went in there today looking for the perfect shade of strawberry blonde. Im very picky about the perfect shade. The man behind the counter helped me with shading in regards to color and dealing with Grey coverage and we picked out two colors that turned my hair the most beautiful shade. Im so happy. I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived here with a simple question, the staff member I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping, she insisted no one worked there at that time (which was untrue), spoke to me in a condescending tone, and addressed me as “hunny,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
