I’ve been a customer at this location for yearsss. Recently I’ve been helped out by an associate named Morgan for a couple times. She is the absolute sweetest, most helpful and kindest person. I absolutely love coming into the store to be helped out by her. She’s always giving me tips and tricks and always explains how things work. Always welcoming me, and knows what she’s talking about. She’s the best!!

Unfortunately, they only care about making money and Not the Customer . She Will not return the conditioner (It’s sealed) I was going to buy a more expensive shampoo. I bought 2 but the one I opened definitely wasn’t going to return that one cause I opened the shampoo and it smells like old wood! I brought back Conditioner. It has a seal on it, she looked at me and said , “unfortunately you can’t return it, that’s why it was on sale… BS ….Shame ! You’ve Lost a Good customer Streetsville!
